Delicious and convenient – the new Sinn’s Deli opens in Wembley Square
Experience a dose of upmarket convenience and take away a taste of an award winning chef’s favourite things by visiting the latest and newest deli in town. Chef Proprietor of Sinn’s Restaurant, Thomas Sinn has just opened the doors to Sinn’s Deli in Wembley Square, Gardens. After two years of to-ing and fro-ing to secure the space next door to the Sinn’s ‘S’ bar, the new deli brings an urban-style mini ‘Biscuit-Mill-cum-upmarket convenience store’ right into the heart of one of Cape Town’s inner city hotspots.
The Sinn’s Deli caters for all tastes and needs. It stocks both local and imported high-quality products, as well as basic necessities such as bio-degradable loo paper, airtime, toothpaste and even cans of cool drinks.
The shop boasts around 130 different types of wines ranging from average priced to more expensive wines, about 30 different cheeses, a lovely selection of cold meats, a delectable assortment of decadent chocolates and other treats, including Sinnfull ice-cream.
If you’re running late for a birthday party and haven’t bought a present, Sinn’s Deli has all you’d need to put together a stunning gift – for example, a bottle of Delheim Chardonnay Sur Lie with some Brie or some Lindt chocolate balls.
For those who work nearby or visit the Virgin Active gym at Wembley Square, you can stop off at Sinn’s Deli and pick up a ready-made meal, such as Bobotie or Thai chicken curry or a gourmet sandwich, all of which are prepared in the Sinn’s restaurant kitchen.
